Fitness Fare meals feature lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and fibrous vegetables - available in small, medium, and large sizes, made to order with the freshest ingredients.
Lean Proteins - We use a variety of lean protein sources such as boneless skinless chicken breast, beef tenderloin, lean ground beef, lean ground turkey, turkey bacon and a 4 to 1 egg white and egg yolk mix.
Complex Carbohydrates - A few ingredients we use to help keep you fell full longer- organic ground oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, parboiled brown rice and wholegrain breads. Complex carbs are broken down into glucose more slowly and thus provide a gradual steady stream of energy throughout the day.
Fibrous Vegetables - We provide a large serving of fresh fibrous vegetables on each serving of our lunch and dinner meals. Like fresh broccoli, asparagus, green beans, zucchini, and yellow squash as well as a variety of fresh fruits on our snack meals.
