Are you ready to get started? With Fitness Fare, it’s easy! Follow these simple steps and you’ll be enjoying lean and healthy, gourmet chef-prepared meals in no time.

Fitness Fare is based on a structured 6 week cycled meal plan, featuring lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and fibrous vegetables - to help you feel full longer. Each week, Chef Eric presents a menu of made-from-scratch meals for you to enjoy. If you’ve had Eric’s meals before, you’ll recognize favorites like Pecan-Crusted Tilapia and Chipotle Raspberry Chicken. You’ll also discover new dishes that are certain to become favorites. Try Bison Meatloaf or Seafood Medley with Saffron. (In case you haven’t figured it out, Eric is a stickler when it comes to ingredients. No chemical-laden ingredients, preservatives or fillers here.) With more than 90 items to choose from, you’ll never feel like you’re being force-fed food you don’t want.
Get ready for a week of healthy eating
We’ll be cooking up fresh ingredients all day. Order you meals by Wednesday 10 pm CST and your order will be shipped out or delivered on Monday. We prepare your meals fresh or frozen at their peak of freshness to avoid using any preservatives. We’ll package your meals in a sturdy container with dry ice and prepare them for shipping to your doorstep via UPS or local courier service. If you’d prefer, let us know if you’d like to stop by the Fitness Fare Cafe (inside Jim McLean Golf Center) to pick up your order -Monday through Sunday 11-7 pm CST.
The best part — enjoy!
Once you receive your order, you have two options:
1. Place the meals in your refrigerator where they will gently thaw within one to two days and be kept fresh for up to four to five days.
2. Keep your meals frozen by placing them directly in the freezer. All Fitness Fare meals are ready to heat and enjoy when it’s convenient for you. Either way, in less than 5-6 minutes, you’ll be enjoying standout meals like Shrimp Stir Fry with Rice Noodles or Mediterranean Chicken.
