Rev Muffins are amazing! I have been on a weight loss plateau for 2 months, the last 5 lbs are always the hardest to lose! I modified my eating plan this week and included a Rev Muffin with fruit for breakfast and one for my mid-afternoon snack...and I've lost 2.5 lbs this week!!! The double chocolate has totally fulfilled my midafternoon chocolate craving in a healthy way. Awesome product...they really do work!

I have been eating one before lunch everyday and occasionally for breakfast. It definitely helps curb my appetite. I just had the pumpkin this morning and is my favorite! I also really like the blueberry. The pecan and cranberry/walnut were too dry for me and crumbled when I tried to eat them. I did find a few seconds in the microwave seemed to help. I like that they were not very sweet and whatever sweetener you used was perfect.

I'd say they work awesome! My appetite was pretty much gone on the days that I ate 3 a day. One day I forgot to eat anything else but the 3 muffins...ooops! I really like the dark choc chip pecan and the straw-banana. Blueberry...kinda blah for me. I do need more...will email you an order.

He shipped these Muffins to me last week, and after eating only one each morning for breakfast (along with my 2 slices of bacon,) I have lost five pounds and I am NOT fluffing this up. My huge appetite that usually comes along at lunch (I so use to want to walk up the street to La Triavata's at least once during the week and have a personal pizza with salad and a glass of wine for $10) has diminished allowing me to eat much less. And even near dinnertime, I don't have that starving feeling that I would normally after eating a very, very, light lunch. I still have a small snack around mid-afternoon.
You can actually eat a couple of more muffins, one before lunch, and one before dinner, to stave off later meal cravings but I haven't had the need to.
